Common questions

What modelling tool do you use?
We work in your toolset where possible. Camunda Modeler, Signavio, Bizagi, draw.io, Visio, or Lucidchart. If you don't have a preferred tool, draw.io exports are provided (free, widely supported, editable). BPMN notation is the standard regardless of which tool renders it.
How many levels of process architecture do you document?
Typically Level 1 (value chain / end-to-end overview), Level 2 (process group detail), and Level 3 (task-level swim-lane diagrams) where needed. The scope agreement specifies which levels are in scope — not every engagement needs all three.
We have multiple organisations involved. Can this still work?
Yes — and multi-organisation environments are where this work is most needed. Cross-organisational process conflict is the hardest problem to solve without a neutral architect who can work across all parties. That's where the background in joint government programs is directly relevant.
Can our team maintain the architecture after you've finished?
That's the goal. Every engagement includes a handover that leaves your team with editable files, clear documentation standards, and a process ownership matrix. Where required, a knowledge transfer session is included. You should not need an ongoing external architect to keep the work alive.
